There is a partial solution, but it doesn't work well enough to drag this site out of the sewer.
As stated in the FAQ:

Can I block posts, emails and messages from specific users?

If there are particular members that bother you and you do not want to see their posts or receive Private Messages and Emails from them, then you can add these members to your 'Ignore List'. There are several ways to do this:

Through your User Control Panel: User CP, Settings & Options, Edit Ignore List. Then, type their name into the empty text box and click 'Okay'.

Cut and paste these names, as used by these scum bags, and click "save changes".

Not a great solution, as you still see the title of their threads, but at least you feel you're doing something about it.

I've just been made a moderator for this forum, so with my new "Super Powers" I can now "soft" delete inappropriate posts.

However, lately I've been kept very busy with work commitments, so I can't check in as much as I'd like.

So please don't be afraid to report any posts that you feel are in any way inappropriate, your report will highlight any issues that need our attention.
