30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee

A customer may return for refund any goods purchased from Wowings within 30 days of the purchase date for any reason as long as the goods have been assembled correctly (or are unassembled), have only been used or tested in their intended manner, and are not damaged in any way (unless they were already damaged when received). Goods must be returned to Wowings at the purchaser's expense unless the goods are being returned because they are defective, damaged or not what was ordered. Before returning any goods for refund or replacement, customers must first obtain authorisation from Wowings by emailing info@wowings.com. Customers must ensure that they include their contact details, order date and a copy of Wowings' authorisation email when returning their goods.

Next Day Response

At Wowings we make all efforts to ensure that e-mails we receive are responded to within one business day. Similarly, whenever possible, purchase orders will be dispatched within one business day of the order being placed and a delivery confirmation email, or a delivery delay notification email, will be sent to the customer.

Payment Methods and Currencies

All orders must be placed online via our website and paid for in advance by Visa, MasterCard or PayPal account through PayPal's secure payment servers.

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST for Australian customers.

Security and Privacy

To ensure absolute security and privacy for our customers, no customer address information or credit card details are stored on Wowings' web server. All customer payment information is processed by PayPal using industry-leading security and fraud protection systems. All the personal and financial details provided by Wowings' customers to Paypal are transmitted via a secure 128 bit SSL encrypted browser connection. Credit card details are never stored or processed by Wowings, we have absolutely no access to our customers financial information.

Customer privacy is highly respected by Wowings. E-mail addresses, delivery addresses and all other customer contact details are used exclusively for the purpose of processing the purchase order to which they relate. All customer details are kept strictly confidential and are not divulged to anyone unless we are required to do so by law or as a means of resolving payment and/or delivery issues raised by the customer to whom they relate.

In order to receive occassional e-mails from Wowings relating to product announcements and special promotions, customers must choose to add themselves to Wowings' Newsletter via the appropriate section of our website. Customers are also able to remove themselves at any time via the same section of our website.


Whenever possible, orders will be dispatched within one business day of the order being placed via our website. Customers will be notified by e-mail if there are to be any delays expected in dispatch and a delivery confirmation e-mail will be sent to customers upon dispatch of their order. Orders are delivered by Australia Post within Australia (1 to 5 days depending on destination) and the International Post by Airmail (1 to 3 weeks depending on country).
